Soil Stabilization Innovations will hold the grade and greatly reduce potholes and washboarding. Once incorporated into the soil, a fog seal is recommended at a greatly reduced rate of the initial application every 12 to 24 months.

Reduce Permeability
Our Soil Stabilization Innovations line of polymers when incorporated into soil will encapsulate the soil particle and bind them together. This reduces water from entering the soil and swelling. So the roads will not get muddy when wet or slippery for example as it would if it had been treated by a Magnesium Chloride.
